3. Booking & Payments

- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels the appointment.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
- If you fail to attend your session (online or offline), it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Conduct During Sessions
- You agree to maintain respectful behaviour during all interactions.
- Any abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
- Recording of sessions (audio, video, or screenshots) is not permitted unless explicitly approved by us in writing.

- However, we may disclose information if required by law or if we believe there is potential harm to you or others.
